RECOMMENDED DAILY PORTION:
1 portion – dissolve 10 g (1 scoop) by shaking in a drinking bottle with 250 ml of water.
On training days: one 10 g portion about 30 min. before training and 10 g after training.
On non-training days: one 10 g portion about 30 min. before a meal.
